Acceptance of Terms

Promarkign.com provides its service to you based on the Terms of Service or TOS described in this document. If you have any questions regarding our TOS please contact us at service@promarking.com. We reserve the right to modify, add, delete content to our TOS at any time. By using Promarking service you agree to this TOS in addition to the laws and regulations applicable to our and your place of business.

Use or Service

Promarking.com provides design services as well as rubber stamp products. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augments or enhances the current service, including the release of new Promarking.com features, shall be subject to these TOS. Promarkng assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communication, design, graphic, or photo that you or any other person customizes or supplies.

Graphics

Templates obtained from our Customization Tool may be used on any printed product for individual, internal or promotional non-commercial purposes only. You may not resell our graphics customization tool content or any marketting material.

Personal Data

We treat all your data as personal and do not distribute it to any organization that stands to benefit from it commercially. We only share the data you supply with credit card processing companies through secure connections to ensure hacker protection. We do not store your data on any local databases. We do use the data recorded by our servers to track traffic, and pathways through our website. We use this information only to improve our online store and provide better service.

Customer Accounts

You will receive a password and account if you go through the registration process. You are the only one to know the password and we cannot see the password ourselves. If you forget or loose your password, we can reset the password for you, or you can do it yourself by clicking account on the website. We reserve the right to close your account for any reasons and at any time without notification.

Customer Content

We are not responsible for any content uploaded or provided to our services by the customer. You are entirely responsible for all material and content and it is your responsibility to observe and comply with all applicable laws. You agree not to upload questionable or objectionable content not limited to but including: child pornography, indecent photography, obscenities, lewd content, or anything filthy or vile. You may also not upload any material deemed threatening to others, animals or the like. You may also not upload any material indicating acts of treason, or any other crime. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone and to contact the appropriate authorities.

No Resale of Service

You may not resell any of Promarkings services, products or brand materials unless you have contacted Promarking to obtain permission.

Modification or Termination of Service

Promarking.com reserves the right to modify its service at any time and for any reason. We also reserve the rights to decline service to any entity, corporation or individual for any reason and at any time. We also reserve the right to discontinue or terminate our own services.

Third Parties

Promarking services are provided As Is and as available. Promarking does not provide warranties of any kind including:

a)      that the service will meet your requirements

b)      that the service will be uninterrupted

c)      the results will be accurate in any way

d)      the service will be timely

e)      the service will be error-free

f)        the quality of the products

Trademarks

Promarking and Promarking.com are trademarks of Promarking.com. You shall not display or use in any manner, the Promarking Marks, without Promarking.com's prior written permission. All other brand and product names found on the Promarking site are considered trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective companies.

Copyrights

Promarking.com respects all intellectual property of our customers and we request you do the same with our material. You are welcome to look and download all of our material as long as you do not use it for any commercial purposes.
